Welcome to the Norfolk Bird and Wildlife Fair Website

The beautiful Mannington Hall is our venue for the 2015 Norfolk Birdfair, bringing together businesses, charities and people with a love of wildlife to raise money for conservation programmes in Norfolk. This will be a yearly event hosting lectures and stands to help a raise awareness of the many Norfolk Nature reserves and open spaces.

We were so lucky with the weather. Gallery of photos is here. Good luck to the Scottish Bird Fair this coming weekend.

Our Thanks for the lovely comments, some are below:

Sharon Arnold: Had a great time at the Bird Fair yesterday.looking forward to next year.

Steve: Next year I am going to bring more friends along. Some were away for the weekend this year. It was great to see a lot of birds on view,  at various event stalls.  Bill Oddie drew a big crowd too.

Steven Pointer: many thanks for putting on the Norfolk Bird and Wildlife Fair.  Once again it was very enjoyable day out in very natural surroundings, along with setting of Mannington Hall. It was great to see and hear Bill Oddie, the talk about the cuckoos beforehand was also good. There were some new stalls this year too.  Many thanks for your hard work organising this event again.  Looking forward to next year.

Mary Anne Jacklin: Really enjoyed the bird fair. Such a beautiful place!

Karen Molyneux: Really enjoyed the bird fair. The grounds of the hall were lovely.

Want to make a weekend of it - then have a look at our B and B page.

The aim of the bird fair is to raise money for local conservation projects as well as to get like minded people together to talk and have a good time. There will also be plenty of opportunity to buy new equipment and research the next holiday. Our Aim.

If you are interested in helping out over the two days, we are looking for volunteers to help with ushering for lectures, car parking, information services, setting up etc so please contact either Jill or Rob to put your name down. More information here
